- 3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 4 whole-grain hamburger rolls

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning, cooking for another minute.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese until melted.
- Mix in mozzarella cheese, letting it melt and combine beautifully into the beef mixture.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper according to your preference.
- Serve the delicious meat mixture on whole-grain rolls, garnished with fresh parsley for that extra touch.
