Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brown the ground chicken until cooked through, breaking it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and cook for another 3-5 minutes until tender yet crispy.
  4. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha in a small bowl.
  5. Combine the sauce with the chicken and broccoli, stirring well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

Add cashews for crunch or basil for an aromatic finish. Leftovers keep well for up to three days.
