- 3–4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- Optional: Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp Neutral Oil (Canola or Avocado)
Instructions
- Prep Your Ingredients: Mince the garlic and chop the green onions. Set aside.
- Heat the Oil: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the neutral oil and let it warm up.
- Sauté the Garlic: Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until it’s fragrant and golden.
- Brown the Turkey: Add the ground turkey, breaking it up with your spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes until it’s beautifully browned.
- Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth and well-combined.

- Add Heat (Optional): If you like a bit of spice, sprinkle in some red pepper flakes and mix thoroughly.

Notes
