- 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Mix together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes to form a flavorful sauce.
- Toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Warm the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the coated chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until it thickens.
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions until tender, then drain.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing well to combine.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving hot.
Notes
