- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup pureed fresh strawberries (about 4–5 medium strawberries)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries (for added texture)
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting or drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Combine the cream cheese and butter in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and strawberry puree until evenly combined.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the cream cheese mixture until just incorporated, and fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space for spreading, and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle extra strawberry puree for presentation.
Notes
Make the dough ahead and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Feel free to customize with lemon zest or chocolate chips.
