  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set this mixture aside.
  3. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Add the flour mixture to your wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chunks.
  6. Spoon a tablespoon of the cookie dough onto the baking sheet, make an indentation, and add cream cheese and blueberry jam.
  7. Cover the filling with extra dough.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
