Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set this mixture aside.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
- Add the flour mixture to your wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
- Fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chunks.
- Spoon a tablespoon of the cookie dough onto the baking sheet, make an indentation, and add cream cheese and blueberry jam.
- Cover the filling with extra dough.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
