Description

Delightful layers of creamy chocolate, crispy graham crackers, and tender marshmallows make these S’mores Cookie Bars the perfect cozy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows
  • To taste Extra chocolate chips and marshmallows for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Combine dry ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture.
  5. Add the graham cracker crumbs: Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows.
  6. Spread in the pan: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the cookie mixture evenly into it.
  7. Top with extras: Sprinkle more chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top.
  8. Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool and slice: Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing into squares.
