- 1 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 cup Mini marshmallows
- To taste Extra chocolate chips and marshmallows for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Combine dry ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs: Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows.
- Spread in the pan: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the cookie mixture evenly into it.
- Top with extras: Sprinkle more chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool and slice: Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing into squares.
