- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 taco size flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Seasoning of choice
- 2 tablespoons oil for greasing
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish
- Shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Pickles, sliced
Instructions
- Combine the mayo, ketchup, mustard, and relish to create a creamy burger sauce.
- Preheat your cooking surface to medium-high heat.
- Separate the raw ground beef into six equal parts and press each down onto a tortilla.
- Sprinkle your preferred seasoning on top of the beef.
- Grease the cooking surface lightly with oil.
- Cook the tortillas with the beef side down for around 2 minutes.
- Flip the tacos, top with cheese, and cook for another 1-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add desired toppings.
- Fold the cheesy tacos and enjoy.
Notes
Make burger sauce in advance for quicker assembly. If using frozen ground beef, thaw in the fridge overnight. Store leftovers in an airtight container. Tacos are best enjoyed fresh!
