Ingredients
- Tortilla chips
- Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
- Cooked ground beef or shredded chicken
- Black beans (drained and rinsed)
- Jalapeños (sliced)
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
- Salsa
- Chopped green onions
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread out a generous layer of tortilla chips on a large sheet pan.
- Distribute the cooked ground beef or shredded chicken over the chips.
- Sprinkle the black beans and sliced jalapeños on top.
- Cover everything with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, chopped green onions, and fresh cilantro if desired.

Notes
