Description

Tender, caramelized Brussels sprouts drizzled with rich balsamic glaze, perfect for cozy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Shred the Brussels sprouts and set them aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the shredded Brussels sprouts for 5-7 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the grated Parmesan and toss until slightly melted.
  6. Finish by drizzling with balsamic glaze before serving.
