Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, red food coloring, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chunks.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
