- 1 package of pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and then pepperoni slices on top.
- Roll up the dough tightly from one side to the other.
- Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
These roll-ups can be made ahead and stored in the fridge, just bake from cold with a few extra minutes. Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container for up to three days.
