Description

This comforting Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich features tender ribeye steak, creamy provolone cheese, and caramelized onions, all served in perfectly toasted hoagie rolls.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ribeye steak
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 Hoagie rolls
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the ribeye steak thinly against the grain.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Include the sliced onions and sauté until caramelized, about 5–7 minutes.
  5. Increase the heat to high and add the sliced ribeye, cooking until browned.
  6. Place the provolone cheese on top and let it melt.
  7. Serve the mixture in toasted hoagie rolls.

Notes

Customize with sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, or spicy jalapeños for added flavor!
