Description

A rich and creamy peanut butter fudge that melts in your mouth, perfect for cozy gatherings and quick desserts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 cups confectioners (powdered sugar)
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Sift the powdered sugar into a bowl and set it aside.
  2. Grease an 8 x 8 pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal later.
  3. In a medium-size saucepan set to medium heat, melt the butter.
  4. Once the butter is melted, add the brown sugar, salt, and milk.
  5. Stir the mixture frequently until you start to see bubbles. Then, start a 2-minute timer.
  6. Continue to boil and stir for 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat immediately. Then, stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until it’s smooth.
  8. Using a hand mixer, beat the mixture until it’s completely combined and silky.
  9. Slowly add in the powdered sugar, blending thoroughly and scraping the sides of the bowl to ensure everything is well mixed.
  10. Pour the smooth fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  11. Cover and allow to cool on the counter at room temperature until firm—about 2-4 hours.
  12. Once set, cut into 1-inch squares and enjoy this delightful treat!

Notes
