  6. Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool the cookies completely on a wire rack.
  9. Mix the marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar until creamy.
  10. Spread the filling on one cookie and sandwich with another.
