Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup Biscoff spread
- 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Biscoff cookies for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add in the Biscoff spread and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- In serving cups, layer the cheesecake mixture with the crushed Biscoff cookies.
- Top with additional whipped cream and a whole Biscoff cookie for garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set before serving.
Notes
These cheesecake cups can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
