Description

Delightful No Bake Biscoff Cheesecake Cups that are creamy and crunchy, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Biscoff cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add in the Biscoff spread and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. In serving cups, layer the cheesecake mixture with the crushed Biscoff cookies.
  6. Top with additional whipped cream and a whole Biscoff cookie for garnish.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set before serving.

Notes

These cheesecake cups can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
