Description

This no-bake Millionaire Cheesecake is creamy, rich, and topped with luscious caramel sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pan: Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Make the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press firmly into the bottom of your prepared pan.
  3. Cream it up: Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually add sugar, and continue mixing.
