  • 1/2 pound cooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, evaporated milk, salt, white pepper, sugar, melted butter, and hot sauce until combined.
  3. Fold in the cooked elbow macaroni and shredded cheddar cheese, ensuring all pasta is coated.

  5. Sprinkle the paprika evenly over the top.
