Description

A creamy and decadent Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole topped with crispy turkey bacon and melted cheese, perfect for cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed potatoes with cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, half of the crumbled turkey bacon, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased casserole dish, smoothing it out for an even bake.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle the remaining turkey bacon over the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly and golden at the edges.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy the coziness!

Notes
