Description

This creamy, cheesy Loaded Cauliflower Salad is perfect for potlucks and brings together the comforting flavors of sour cream, cheddar cheese, and crispy turkey bacon.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add chopped cauliflower and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and let cool.
