Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add the additional minced garlic to the skillet just before finishing cooking. Stir for about 1 minute.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes
