- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
- Add the additional minced garlic to the skillet just before finishing cooking. Stir for about 1 minute.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
