Description

A creamy and vibrant Italian Grinder Pasta Salad that’s perfect for gatherings or a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (such as rotini or penne)
  • 1/2 cup salami, diced
  • 1/2 cup ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone cheese, cherry tomatoes, and pepperoncini peppers.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooled pasta to the meat and cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine until every bite is coated in creamy goodness.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.

Notes
