A creamy and vibrant Italian Grinder Pasta Salad that’s perfect for gatherings or a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (such as rotini or penne)
- 1/2 cup salami, diced
- 1/2 cup ham, diced
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, cubed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone cheese, cherry tomatoes, and pepperoncini peppers.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled pasta to the meat and cheese mixture.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine until every bite is coated in creamy goodness.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add more dressing if it dries out.
