Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1–2 tbsp hot sauce (to taste)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Set up a breading station: In one bowl, place the flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender first in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well-coated for that golden crisp.
- Place the breaded chicken tenders on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil for that perfect bake.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through, filling your kitchen with an irresistible aroma.
- Combine honey and hot sauce in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until blended.
- Drizzle the hot honey sauce over the baked chicken tenders just before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
