Description

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad with a zesty honey lime dressing, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups green grapes (halved if large)
  • 2 cups strawberries (quartered or sliced)
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or agave for vegan)
  • Zest of 1 lime (about 2 teaspoons)
  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. Combine in a large bowl, add the halved green grapes, quartered strawberries, and blueberries.
  2. Add the honey over the top, followed by the lime juice and zest.
  3. Stir gently to coat the fruit with the dressing.
  4. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
