Scale
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

- Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for 1 hour, watching it puff up.
