Description

A delightful, easy-to-make homemade popsicle recipe featuring creamy yogurt and fresh berries, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or a mix)
  • Honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • A splash of water (optional, for a smoother consistency)

Instructions

  1. Mix the creamy yogurt with the fresh berries, mashing them slightly to release their juices.
  2. Add honey and a splash of water if desired.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each just below the rim.
  4. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
  5. Run warm water over the outside of the molds to release the popsicles.

Notes

These popsicles can be made ahead of time and stored for up to two months in the freezer. Feel free to experiment with different fruits.
