A cozy family favorite, this Ham and Tater Tot Casserole combines crispy tater tots, savory ham, and melted cheese for a comforting meal.

- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 (32 oz) bag of frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 cup of mixed vegetables (peas, corn, or broccoli)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the diced ham, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and mixed vegetables (if using) in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Spread the ham mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the frozen tater tots on top of the ham mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the tater tots.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
