Description
Tender steak bites in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ lb Steak (top sirloin, strip, rib eye or filets)
- ½ tsp kosher Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp rosemary (chopped)
- ½ tbsp oil (olive, avocado, etc)
- 5 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp Butter
- ½ tsp Red pepper flakes
- Chopped Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the steak into 1-inch bite-sized pieces. Place the steak in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Massage the seasoning into the steak and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil. Once hot, add the steak pieces in a single layer, searing for about a minute. Stir occasionally and cook for a total of about 3 minutes.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside. Lower the heat to medium and add the butter to the same skillet.
- Once the butter melts, toss in the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the browned steak back into the skillet, cooking for an additional 3 minutes to ensure it’s warm and coated in garlic butter.
- Remove the steak from the pan and serve with your favorite sides, garnishing with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
Marinate the steak ahead of time for deeper flavors. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
