Description

A warm and comforting dish featuring juicy steak bites sautéed in creamy garlic butter, paired with tender zucchini.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper. Add the steak to the skillet and cook until browned (about 2-3 minutes per side).
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the zucchini slices to the skillet. Sauté until the zucchini is tender (about 4-5 minutes).
  6. Return the steak to the skillet and toss everything together.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
