Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper. Add the steak to the skillet and cook until browned (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the zucchini slices to the skillet. Sauté until the zucchini is tender (about 4-5 minutes).
- Return the steak to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
