Description

A comforting bowl of ramen noodles bathed in rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the instant ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat until it bubbles and froths.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Toss the cooked ramen noodles in the pan to coat them with the garlic butter.
  5. Drizzle with soy sauce to taste and toss again.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
