Ingredients

- 4 leeks
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons herb butter
- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Trim and clean the leeks, then cut them into halves or quarters.
- Melt the herb butter in a skillet over medium heat and add in the minced garlic.
- Sear the leeks in the garlic butter until golden brown.
- Pour in the beef broth and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake until the leeks are soft, about 25-30 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute the beef broth with vegetable broth. Can be prepared in advance and baked when ready to serve.
