Description

Creamy, buttery leeks infused with herb butter and savory broth, perfect for a comforting side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 leeks
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons herb butter
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Trim and clean the leeks, then cut them into halves or quarters.
  3. Melt the herb butter in a skillet over medium heat and add in the minced garlic.
  4. Sear the leeks in the garlic butter until golden brown.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  7. Bake until the leeks are soft, about 25-30 minutes.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute the beef broth with vegetable broth. Can be prepared in advance and baked when ready to serve.
