- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat, then add the marinated chicken. Cook until browned.
- Toss in the bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir until softened.
- Combine black pepper, oyster sauce, sugar, and chicken broth in a bowl, then pour the sauce into the pan.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
