Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chili-lime seasoning
  • 1/4 cup cotija cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, then toss them in olive oil and chili-lime seasoning.
  3. Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for about 20-25 minutes until golden and tender.
