Delicious lasagna rolls filled with a creamy chicken Alfredo mixture, perfect for a cozy family dinner.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cooked chicken, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Lay a lasagna noodle flat and spoon about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture on it. Roll it up tightly and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Repeat with the remaining noodles and mixture until the dish is filled.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled lasagna and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, and savor the aroma!
Notes
These lasagna rolls can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge. Bake them just before serving for optimal freshness.
