Description

Delicious lasagna rolls filled with a creamy chicken Alfredo mixture, perfect for a cozy family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix cooked chicken, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Lay a lasagna noodle flat and spoon about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture on it. Roll it up tightly and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Repeat with the remaining noodles and mixture until the dish is filled.
  7. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled lasagna and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, and savor the aroma!

Notes

These lasagna rolls can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge. Bake them just before serving for optimal freshness.
