Instructions
- Mix together the cornstarch and flour until well combined. Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten egg and then coat them with the flour mixture.

- Combine the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger over medium heat in another saucepan. Bring this mixture to a simmer.
- Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss well to coat every piece evenly.
