Description

A delightful recipe for crispy roasted baby red potatoes with garlic and Parmesan cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby red potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the baby red potatoes, then cut them in half.
  3. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the potatoes in the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the potatoes cut-side down on a baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
