- 1 pound baby red potatoes
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the baby red potatoes, then cut them in half.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potatoes in the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
- Place the potatoes cut-side down on a baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
