Description

Delightfully crispy chicken tenders baked to perfection, a perfect cozy meal for family nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs and add olive oil in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.

Notes

You can prepare the chicken tenders ahead of time and store them in the fridge. Also, try substituting breadcrumbs with crushed cornflakes or panko for extra crunch.
