Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is soft and translucent.
  3. Stir in the beef broth and bring to a gentle boil.
  4. Add the pasta shells and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheese until melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
