Description

Deliciously chewy oatmeal cookies packed with protein, perfect for a snack or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or dried fruit

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the oats, protein powder, nut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips or dried fruit if desired.
  4. Scoop out spoonfuls of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cookies look set.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to an airtight container.
