A delightful and easy fall dessert made with pumpkin spice cake mix, cream cheese frosting, and coated in orange candy melts.

- 1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Spice Cake Mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can (8 oz) cream cheese frosting
- Orange candy melts
- Mini chocolate chips (for stems)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions, mixing in the water, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Bake the cake in a pan as directed on the box, and allow it to cool completely.
- After the cake has cooled, crumble it into a large bowl, breaking it into fine crumbs.
- Mix in the cream cheese frosting until the mixture is well combined and holds together.
- Use your hands to form small balls from the mixture and shape them into adorable pumpkin forms.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the top of each pumpkin-shaped cake pop.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the orange candy melts until smooth, stirring occasionally.
- Dip each pumpkin into the melted candy melts, coating it completely and allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place a mini chocolate chip on top of each pumpkin for a charming little stem.
- Allow the cake pops to set completely before serving or storing.
Notes
These cake pops can be made a day in advance. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.
