Description
A creamy, comforting cheesecake made easily in an air fryer, perfect for warm days and family gatherings.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup strawberry pie filling (or other fruit flavors)
Instructions
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press this mixture into the bottom of a small springform pan for the crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and light.
- Add in the sour cream and blend until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan, spreading it evenly.
- Set the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and cook for 20-25 minutes, until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely, then top it with strawberry pie filling before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese or Greek yogurt. Perfect slices can be achieved by using a knife run under hot water.
