Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onions, and melted butter in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in the diced bell peppers or turkey sausage if using, for an extra pop of flavor.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
