Description

A cozy and quick treat that combines the rich fudginess of brownies with the crispiness of waffles, perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Combine almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and baking powder in a bowl. Mix well until a smooth dry mix is formed.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt in another bowl until blended and creamy.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and gently stir until just combined — don’t overmix!
  5. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle maker, spreading it evenly. Cook until the waffles are set and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Serve warm, optionally topped with sugar-free syrup or whipped cream for that extra touch of indulgence.

Notes

Make-ahead: Mix dry ingredients ahead of time. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
