Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, fully incorporating each before adding the next, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the creamed mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space for spreading.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze them for a month. You can prepare the dough ahead of time and refrigerate it for up to 3 days.
