- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese (your favorite kind)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds, creating little edible vessels of joy.
- Mix together the ground chicken, cooked rice, salsa, and half of the cheese until everything is well incorporated.
