Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Gradually add the milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens into a velvety sauce.
  4. Stir in the ranch dressing and half of the cheddar cheese, mixing until melted and integrated.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni, diced chicken, and crumbled turkey bacon, mixing everything until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top it off with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
