Description

A warm and inviting flatbread topped with shredded chicken, fresh mozzarella, and vibrant cherry tomatoes, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • Cooked chicken, shredded
  • Pesto sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread a layer of pesto sauce over the flatbread.
  4. Top with shredded chicken, sliced mozzarella, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
