Ingredients
- Flatbread
- Cooked chicken, shredded
- Pesto sauce
- Mozzarella cheese, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Spread a layer of pesto sauce over the flatbread.
- Top with shredded chicken, sliced mozzarella, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
