- 1 cup almond flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, almond flour, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure to leave some space between each ball.
- Slightly flatten each dough ball with a fork, creating a delightful crisscross pattern on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden and smell heavenly!
- Remove from the oven and let them cool on the sheet for a few minutes before gently transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
