- 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cooked rice or noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the chopped turkey, steamed broccoli, cooked rice or noodles, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until everything is evenly coated and combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for a delightful, crisp finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving, allowing the flavors to settle.
Notes
This casserole can be assembled a day ahead and refrigerated. It can also be frozen for up to 3 months before baking.
