Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sweet peas
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine the cooked rice, mozzarella cheese, ham, sweet peas, Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and cohesive.
- Shape a handful of the mixture into a ball about the size of a golf ball.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry the rice balls in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
